MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE

Abstract Miscarriage of justice occurs when there is an error made by the court of law resulting in punishment of an innocent person in case of civil or criminal proceedings. Such miscarriage weakens the trust of people from law and justice. There are different remedies under public, private and criminal law for wrongful convictions taking place. These remedies help the person get fair trial and built the trust in people for the legal framework. |
