LIBERTY LIMITING PRINCIPLES OF CRIMINALISATION VIS-À-VIS MEDICAL TERMINATION OF PREGNANCY

The present study attempts to critically examine the Indian abortion law in the light of the four liberty limiting principle of criminal law with the aim to identify the major principle have force behind the enactment of the Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act of 1971 and thereafter the recent 2021 Medical Termination of Pregnancy Amendment, etc.
