MODERN TYPES OF WHITE COLLAR CRIMES AND POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS TO ERADICATE THEM

White-Collar Crime is a crime committed by persons or group of people who often by virtue of their occupation, exploit the society through economic or by technological way for gaining money. It has been observed that usually the victims of White-Collar Crime are common people or people who belong to a middle class, and also a financial institution where sometimes detecting the offender becomes quite difficult and a very lengthy procedure. Through this paper, the researcher shows a clear understanding and significance of white-collar crimes. The paper tries to create a clear picture as to who is actually benefited of out of such offences, and focus on the persons who commit the offences in different forms and ways in modern times. The paper also provides the possible solutions through which the offence can be eradicated from society.
