ADVANCEMENT OF INTERNATIONAL LAW AND ITS APPLICATION IN BANGLADESH

This paper is designed for law students to understand the elementary concept of international law. International law is vast area to earn knowledge. International law is developing from the earliest period and it’s still continuing. Hugo Grotius, Jeremey Bentham, H.L.A. Hart and many other jurists had a large contribution towards international law. Afterwards, international law has developed through the state practice of international laws, treaties, conventions and including these international customs. There were notable case laws which helped to make a state more developed. Bangladesh also has application of international laws and many other instruments which was approved by the constitutional article and parliament as well. In the national courts, there are many case references of the international issues. Including this, Bangladesh also has interest in international laws and it has engagement with different international instruments and institutions. This paper also tried to find out the problems of international laws and provide some suggestions to reform them.
